SHIPPING POLICY

How long does shipping take?
USA: 5-7 business days

Canada: 7-12 business days

International: 10-15 working days (may be longer for slow-to-ship countries)

How do I track my package?
You will be emailed a shipment confirmation email along with a tracking number to track the shipment of your package. In some circumstances, this tracking number is not a step by step tracking rather a delivery confirmation.

Where do you ship from?

Our shipping facility is currently located in Houston, Texas USA.

 
 
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Do you have a return & exchange policy?
We understand that picking the right color might be a bit difficult when choosing from a computer screen, so we are happy to exchange / refund your unopened Hair Extension set for a set of the right color within seven (7) days of you receiving your order. Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.

***All STYLING TOOLS are considered FINAL SALE items and are not eligible for return or exchange. ***

***All Haircare products are final sale, no returns or exchanges.***

***All CLIP IN BANGS & WRAP PONYTAILS are considered FINAL SALE items and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.***

***ALL WIGS are considered FINAL SALE items and are not eligible for returns or exchange.***

May I exchange my order?
We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges of hair extensions that have NOT been opened, worn or tampered with.

You may exchange your Hair Extensions order ONLY if they have NOT been opened and not taken out of the packaging within the 7 days of receiving your order. Hair Extensions are packaged with a special security seal which identifies if the extensions have been taken out of the cardboard backing to which they are attached.

Premier Violet Hair can only do returns for sets with in the same range, If you wish to return your set for a different set range your exchange will be treated as a return.

 

Why are Hair Extensions non-exchangeable / non-refundable if opened?
Human hair extensions are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.

We are not alone; other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.

How can I return / exchange my hair extensions to the right color?
You must contact us first at (info@premierviolethair.com) within the industry leading seven (7) day exchange period.. All  Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or an exchange will not be issued. All exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice.

We will then provide you with our return address and instructions, which is in The Woodlands, TX, where the exchanged item will be inspected to see if you qualify for an exchange. Opened merchandise will not be exchanged.

Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return / exchange?
You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your exchange with a tracking number as Premier Violet Hair will not be held responsible for lost returns. 

Also, please indicate on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you ONLY if you are international.

When will I receive my refund / exchange?
We will send you the exchanged hair extensions / refund after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened, which is protected by a security seal.

What is the return / exchange period?
We will provide an exchange for unopened hair extensions within industry leading seven (7) days of the date that you receive your hair extensions.

How do I return my Hair Extensions

Please follow the below instructions to ensure that your return will be processed and received:

STEP 1.
Please contact Premier Violet Hair customer service to inform them of your return (must be within 7 days of receiving your hair extensions and they are unopened). 

Include your Order number, first and last name and address in the email and write this information on a piece of paper and insert that in your return package.

STEP 2.
Be sure to include the package(s) of hair extensions you wish to return.

STEP 3.
Please indicate whether you would like an EXCHANGE and for which color or if you would prefer a RETURN. If you prefer an exchange and there is a difference in price, we will simply send you an invoice via e-mail to pay the difference.
If you received a free gift, from a promotion in your order, and you are doing a return; we ask that you do send the free gift back as well. The free gift then only applies if you are going to be doing an exchange.
*For faster processing, we would encourage to return for a refund and re-order the set you would like to avoid waiting for the return processing time.

STEP 4.
We will email you the return address and we strongly suggest keeping your tracking number so we can confirm your package has been safely delivered to our shipping facilities! We will not accept responsibility for items returned to our facility without a tracking number. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return your set back to us.

STEP 5.
Please allow 4-6 business days from the date the return is delivered to be notified by a representative.

Shipping cost for Return or Exchange:

Refunds for any return exclude the initial shipping cost paid to ship your package, that shipping fee is non-refundable.
